YOU WILL:


-Set realistic goals and achieve them through a structured, comprehensive fitness routine. You will complete initial health history and assessment forms, and we will conduct quarterly re-assessments to ensure that you are progressing well.

 

-Never go to the gym (or step into your home gym) and "figure-out" what you'll do when you get there. Each week you will receive a workout schedule complete with cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises customized to your goals, equipment, and available time.

Your routine will also include detailed descriptions and videos of the exercises, so there is no more guessing exactly how to perform an exercise based on a picture from a magazine.

 


- Save time! Many of us spend way too much time in the gym doing exercises that have little to no benefit. Your program will keep you focused on the most effective exercises to reach your goals.

 


-Save money!  Meeting with a personal trainer 3-4 times a week can get costly (not saying that it is not worth it). But nowadays, we can't afford to neglect our health. Get some of the same benefits of a trainer at a fraction of the cost.

 


-Get sound nutritional advice. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, or just have more energy throughout the day, our customized nutrition programs will make sure that you get the most out of your fitness routine. Improper nutrition can easily sabotage the best exercise program. You will even get a grocery list to take with you to the store each week!

 


-Be motivated. Sometimes just knowing that you are accountable to a third party (me, your trainer) will keep you from hitting that snooze button and sleeping some more instead of working out.

 

-Have 24/7 access to your personal trainer via email. If you have questions about an exercise, or something does not feel right during your workout, you can email me and receive a response within 12 hours.
